Doublecutting with ease
All Peterson mills employ the unique ability todouble cutwithout turning the head. It is now possible to cut 8" x 16½" (210 x 420mm) on the 8" model, and 10" x 20½" (260 x 520mm) on the 10" model.
A completely automated system
Remote horizontal and vertical sizing, power feed, power blade pivot, and no more walking. It is now all easily controlled by the operator at his end.
High production
The remodelled ASM can maintain fast and consistent production throughout the entire day. |

Built-in stabilizer
The new design has the optional board remover to doubling as a built-in stabilizer. This increases the rigidity and stability of the blade, making for a smoother cut and less deviation.
Board removal in both directions
The optional board removal system actually pulls the timber back/forward as it cuts the next board, saving you time, and increasing your production.
Hi/Lo Tracks as standard
Each ASM comes withHi/Lotracks as standard, allowing easy log loading and effective sawdust ejection under the Hi rail. Track extensions are also easily added.
